Members

Add, remove, and manage member roles and provisioning from the admin panel.

The Members screen (Admin → Members) lists everyone with access to this account. From here you can add members manually, adjust roles, and deactivate accounts.

Roles

Each member has one of two roles:

  • Admin — full access to the admin panel. Can manage connections, invite members, adjust configuration, and view all admin screens.
  • Member — can use the calendar but has no access to admin.

To change a role, find the member in the table and use the role dropdown on their row.

Adding members

Invite by email — enter the member's work email and click Invite. They receive a magic-link sign-in email. They appear in the members list as "Pending" until they sign in for the first time.

Auto-provision from Azure AD / Google Workspace — members are added automatically the first time they sign in, provided their email domain matches a configured identity connection. No manual invitation is needed. This is the standard setup for organizations using single sign-on.

Both routes produce equivalent accounts after the first sign-in.

Deactivating a member

Deactivating a member prevents sign-in immediately. Their favorites and shared booking links are preserved. To deactivate, find the member and toggle the Active switch off.

Use deactivation for temporary or uncertain cases — it's reversible.

Removing a member entirely

Remove permanently deletes the member from the account. Their person code is unlinked and their favorites are deleted. If you might want to re-add them later, use Deactivate instead.
