Favorites and sharing

Save your current calendar view as a favorite and optionally share it with a public link.

A favorite is a saved snapshot of your current calendar configuration: which view (1-day, 7-day, month, etc.), which people are selected, and which sources are visible. Use favorites to switch between common setups — your own week, a team overview, a specific project's people — in one click.

Saving a favorite

Set up the calendar the way you want it (view, persons, sources), then open the Favorites dropdown and click Save current view as favorite. Give it a name and save. The favorite appears in the list and can be applied any time.

Applying a favorite

Click a favorite in the dropdown to restore its view, person selection, and source visibility exactly as you saved it.

Sharing your calendar

Each favorite can have one or more public share links. Open the Favorites dropdown, click the favorite's detail icon, and click New share link. Set:

  • Visibility — what event details the link reveals:
    • Busy only — shows blocks of time without titles or details.
    • Titles — shows event names but no descriptions, attendees, or notes.
    • Full — shows all event details.
  • Expiry — set an expiry date if the link should stop working after a period. Leave blank for a permanent link.
  • Password — optionally require a password before the viewer can see the calendar.

The share link URL (/share/<token>) works without any login. Anyone with the link sees a read-only version of your calendar view at the visibility level you chose.

A share link can also accept meeting bookings. Enable Booking when creating the link and choose which booking template to use. This turns the share link's calendar page into a booking page — there's a prominent "Book a meeting" button on the share page. See Booking pages for how templates work.

Access stats

Each share link tracks how many times it's been visited (access_count) and when it was last accessed. This appears in the favorite's detail drawer next to each link.

Open the favorite's detail drawer, find the link, and click Delete. The link stops working immediately.
